Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js + Supabase)
Build the FMG Universe platform (Next.js, Supabase, Tailwind) with a focus on reliability, RLS, performance, and developer experience.
ML Engineer — Audio & Recommenders
Research and ship models for audio understanding, similarity search, and talent scoring. Strong MLOps and rigorous evaluation.
Data Analyst (Growth)
Build growth dashboards, cohort analyses, and funnel insights across releases and campaigns. Strong SQL and clear communication.

Craft narratives, GTM, and brand/creator partnerships. Master modern channels with ethics and platform compliance.
Operations Specialist (Rights & Releases)
Manage release calendar, rights & splits, vendors, and reporting. Detail-oriented, systematic, and communicative.
Business Development Manager
Grow strategic partnerships, catalog, and revenue. Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
